What are your return policies?
Here's the short version:
First order: Not for you? Email support@probionutrition.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. This is a one-time guarantee for first-time customers.
Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Subscriptions: Each shipment follows the same policy. Skip or cancel before your next billing date to avoid a new order.
Unopened products: Return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is on you.

What are your shipping policies?
We ship to the US and Canada from our warheouses in Texas and California. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays), and you'll get tracking by email.
US rates:
Ground: $5 on orders under $250. Free for subscribers.
Priority: $12 on orders under $250. Free on orders of $250 or more, and free for subscribers.
Express: $20, or $15 for subscribers.
Canada: Calculated at checkout.
How can I tell if I have the new formula?
The new formula comes in distinct new packaging, which you can view here. If your ProBlend has a black and silver color scheme, that's the original formula. You can also check the Supplement Facts panel: the new formula lists Cognizin® Citicoline, which supports focus and attention.* If you're still not sure, email us your lot number and we'll confirm.
What is NSF certification and why is it important?
NSF’s Certified for Sport® program meets the growing demands of athletes, coaches and all those concerned about banned substances in dietary supplements, functional foods, and cosmetics/ personal care products.
