What are your return policies?

Here's the short version:

• First order: Not for you? Email support@probionutrition.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. This is a one-time guarantee for first-time customers.

• Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

• Subscriptions: Each shipment follows the same policy. Skip or cancel before your next billing date to avoid a new order.

• Unopened products: Return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is on you.
