Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your return falls within this period, we will provide a full refund for the product only. Please note that any shipping charges are nonrefundable.
To be eligible for a return, you must request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date at email@example.com. For single products, half of the product must remain to be eligible for a refund. For multi-packed items such as a 3 pack, you must return at least 2 bottles with the manufacturer seal in place and in the same condition that you received it. Once the product is received at our location, please allow between 7 to 10 days to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an automatic notification from us.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we have sent you a prepaid return label, once you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may purchase return shipping on your own for the return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
